Refund Policy

1. Order Basis

All orders are based on formal quotations, sample confirmation letters or purchase contracts. Any verbal or informal communication does not constitute an order obligation until written order confirmation is reached.

2. Custom and OEM/ODM Products

Custom products and OEM/ODM products generally do not support no-reason returns. Such products require buyer confirmation of samples or technical specifications before production. Returns due to buyer requirement changes after production has commenced are not accepted in principle.

3. Quality Issue Claims

If a product has manufacturing quality defects, the buyer should provide the following evidence within a reasonable period after receipt (recommended within 30 days):
• Clear photos or video showing the quality issue
• Product model, batch number and defective quantity
• Description of packaging integrity
We will verify and provide one of the following resolutions: replacement shipment, product substitution, discount credit or other mutually agreed solution.

4. Non-Quality Returns

The following situations are not covered by refund or quality claims:
• Buyer's incorrect installation or improper operation
• Buyer's incorrect product selection or compatibility confirmation error
• Damage caused by inadequate buyer-side packaging during transit
• Damage due to improper storage at buyer's warehouse
• Claims submitted beyond the reasonable claim period

5. Refund and Compensation Process

Refunds or compensation require mutual agreement between both parties. The specific resolution (replacement shipment, substitution, credit or partial refund) is subject to written confirmation. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or a mutually agreed alternative.

6. Transit Loss Claims

Claims for cargo damage or loss during transit should first be filed with the carrier. If you need our assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation.

7. Final After-Sales Terms

All after-sales details are subject to written agreements in order documents, sample confirmation letters or purchase contracts. For after-sales disputes, please contact our business team via email or WhatsApp for negotiated resolution in the first instance.
