We support international shipping worldwide, primarily serving B2B buyers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Africa, Europe and North America. Specific reachable countries and regions are subject to order confirmation.
We support the following main shipping methods and recommend based on order quantity, product weight and destination:
• Express Courier: Suitable for small-batch samples and urgent orders — DHL / FedEx / UPS etc.
• Air Freight: Suitable for medium-volume orders with time-sensitive requirements
• Sea Freight: Suitable for large-volume formal orders — FCL or LCL available
• Buyer-Appointed Forwarder: Buyers may nominate their own local forwarder; we handle packing and domestic handover
Shipping costs are calculated based on: product type and weight, order quantity, packaging dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Freight will be itemized in the formal quotation, or quoted under EXW / FOB / CIF or other Incoterms as requested.
Lead times vary by product availability and order quantity. In-stock products are typically ready for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Lead times for custom or OEM/ODM products follow the production schedule agreed by both parties. Specific delivery dates are subject to the formal order confirmation.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address, consignee name, contact number and any required import permits or customs information. Delays or additional costs due to inaccurate buyer-provided information are the buyer's responsibility.
Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, import customs clearance fees, tariffs, VAT and local import-related charges are typically borne by the buyer (under EXW or FOB terms). CIF or DDP terms are subject to the formal quotation.
Risk of goods in transit transfers according to the Incoterms agreed by both parties. In case of cargo damage or loss, please file a claim with the carrier promptly upon receipt and notify us to assist in handling.
