A high-flow double-layer open-cell foam sponge air filter designed for 42mm straight-neck carburetor intakes on ATVs, pit bikes, mini-motos, GY6 scooters and similar small-displacement off-road applications. The dual-density foam construction provides two-stage filtration: a coarser outer layer captures larger particles and a finer inner layer traps fine dust before it reaches the carburetor. The wire-supported foam core maintains shape under suction at wide-open-throttle. Pre-oiled filter media available on request. Fits all standard 42mm carburetor air boot and stub intakes. Also available in 35mm, 38mm, 45mm and 48mm.
